Patriotic Concert and Message
I would like to thank our choir and all who were involved in our Patriotic Concert today. In spite of a few distractions and technological glitches, the choir was a tremendous blessing to the huge crowd on hand. We had at least a dozen first-time visiting families. The comments following the service were very positive.
We continue to be a blessed people to be able to live in the United States of America. As we examined the passage found in Hebrews 10:23-25, I would like to remind those who know Jesus Christ that we must continue to DO because:
- It is our Duty to Profess Christ
- It is our Duty to Provoke Others
- It is our Duty to Persuade the Lost
We are living in a day that continues to demean all things Christian. Islam and apathy are rapidly growing like a plague or cancer in our country. As we fail to profess, provoke, and persuade others; we cannot then be surprised when our country falls under the weight of tyrannical religion or politics.
We must stop talking and start doing!
